Hi there! I'm Ross, and I founded Man's Best Friend back in 2017. I'm an ex-serviceman and education sector worker, but one of my greatest passions is dogs. Man's Best Friend has gone from strength-to-strength these last few years, and I'm lucky enough to have Claire join as one of our fantastic dog walkers who has been with the company through thick-and-thin. In 2020, Tina joined the team and we haven't looked back. Our team are also supported by my sidekick - Bosco, the working Cocker - and my daughter, Millie. We are all dog lovers and promise to put the safety and wellbeing of your dogs at the top of our agenda.

Ross joined the British Military after leaving college in 1997. He served his country for 12 years in places such as Germany, Poland, Austria, Italy, Oman, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
Since leaving the Army, Ross worked in several schools around Leeds helping them improve areas which let down their OFSTED report. He's also worked as a manager for the largest outdoor fitness company in the UK for 10 years before leaving to spend more time with his newborn daughter.
Ross is married to Jenny, has one son Ben, and one daughter Millie

Claire joined the company within the first year of business due to rapid growth, so has been with Man's Best Friend for not far off a decade.
As Man's Best Friend's Development Manager, she moved from group walks to head up our top-rated Companion Service.
Our clients adore Claire, but not as much as their dogs!

Christina joined the company in July 2020 after Man's Best Friend went through a period of rapid growth. Tina worked closely with Ross at the start of her time with Man's Best Friend to learn the ropes.
Tina is now, like Claire, one of our Companion Service favourites.
In the past Tina has completed dog training courses with both Mic Martin and Richard Clarke from the BBC Dog Borstal series, and a behavioural course with Steve Mann.

Millie has been our resident dog-whisperer since she could walk.
She loves days out with Ross in the van playing with and chasing all of our dogs.
Maybe when she is older, she will take over and Ross can retire early!
